BRIDGEPORT, Pa. — The Collegiate Water Polo Association (CWPA) is making a final call for Participation Agreements and Pool Reservation forms for the 2018 Women’s Season. All forms are due to Monday, December 25.
The participation agreements must be completed by each institution’s Club Sports Director and is available online at:
Additionally, anybody scheduled to host, must submit Pool Reservation form. This form can be filled out by a team leader or club sport supervisor:
