Three-time Olympian and KAP7 co-founder Wolf Wigo trades in his suit for a whiteboard and marker for “Chalk Talk with Olympian Wolf Wigo” – a series designed to demonstrate plays and strategies for water polo coaches of all levels.
In this “Chalk Talk”, Wigo discusses key fundamentals that are important when playing a man down. This is the first of several “Chalk Talk” segments that will cover defensive strategies and plays for a 5 vs. 6 defense.
