BRIDGEPORT, Pa. — In this Old School Saturday video from the Collegiate Water Polo Association (CWPA), Olympian and KAP7 co-founder Wolf Wigo begins to discuss shooting while on the 6-vs.-5 advantage. He talks about the importance of passing and then demonstrates shooting from positions one or five in an offensive setup.
Now in its fourth year of existence since the first video was released on February 4, 2013, the KAP7 Tip of the Week series features instruction on basic skills (egg-beater, passing, goalie technique) and more advanced skills and tricks to help players raise their game to another level. Past presenters include Olympic goalie Genai Kerr, former University of Southern California standout Johnathon Hewko, Stanford University star Kelly Eaton and KAP7 co-founders/Olympians Brad Schumacher and Wigo.
