The WeMENTOR Program from WeCOACH connects women coaches from every sport, level and stage of their coaching journey through a unique mentoring trio model. Designed to foster authentic relationships and meaningful conversations, WeMENTOR creates a space where coaches can learn from one another, expand their networks, and grow as leaders.
Why WeMENTOR?
Coaching can be incredibly rewarding…but it can also feel isolating. Research shows that women coaches with 5–10 years of experience are at a pivotal point in their careers, making mentorship and connection more important than ever. That’s why coaches in this career stage serve as both mentor and mentee, benefiting from the wisdom of experienced coaches while supporting those just entering the profession.
Now celebrating its 10th year, WeMENTOR continues to build a strong community of women coaches who are committed to learning, leading, and lifting one another up.
Mentoring Trio Roles
🥇 Gold Mentor: 10+ years of coaching experience (head coaching experience preferred)
🥈 Silver Mentor/Mentee: 5–10 years of coaching experience
🥉 Bronze Mentee: Less than 5 years of coaching experience
