BRIDGEPORT, Pa. — A reminder to varsity officials that per Rule 3.9, National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) water polo officials are required to electronically submit the NCAA Water Polo Ejection Form within 24 hours of the completion of the contest for any red card, misconduct or flagrant misconduct issued during a contest. The form is available by CLICKING HERE and on the RQ+ Advantage central hub under Forms.

Further, officials are reminder to include the quarter and time the incident occurred .In their description of events.

When an official submits the ejection form, the NCAA Sports Ejection Reporting system will send an automated email notification to the reporting official, conference commissioner, coordinator/assignor of officials, director of athletics and head coach of the offender’s institution.
