BRIDGEPORT, Pa. — The wait for the 16-team, 30-game, three-day 2018 Women’s National Collegiate Club Championship at Mt. Hood Community College in Gresham, Ore., on Friday-Sunday, May 4-6, is over in less than a day.
In celebration of the 10-day countdown to the event, the league office is looking back at some of the highlights from past National Collegiate Club Championship and women’s collegiate club competition. For the final day, the league recalls the 2015 Women’s National Collegiate Club Championship title game pitting the Golden Bears of the University of California versus the Fighting Irish of the University of Notre Dame.
