BRIDGEPORT, Pa. — In this replay of a KAP7 Tip of the Week, Olympian Wolf Wigo and former Stanford University star Kelly Eaton offer instruction on proper form and technique to shoot a backhand.
Now in its fourth year of existence since the first video was released on February 4, 2013, the KAP7 Tip of the Week series features instruction on basic skills (egg-beater, passing, goalie technique) and more advanced skills and tricks to help players raise their game to another level. Past presenters include Olympic goalie Genai Kerr, former University of Southern California standout Johnathon Hewko, Eaton and KAP7 co-founders/Olympians Brad Schumacher and Wigo.
