BRIDGEPORT, Pa. — The University of Florida men’s collegiate club team will test their mettle this weekend as the Gators compete against a trio of varsity competition at the 2021 Brown University Bruno Classic on Saturday-Sunday, September 4-5, at the Katherine Moran Coleman Aquatics Center in Providence, R.I.

For fans unable to make the trek to Rhode Island, Brown and Harvard University – which is also hosting games – will stream the entirety of the 24-game weekend on ESPN+.  

The 24-game, two-site, two-day event includes Austin College of the Mountain Pacific Sports Federation (MPSF); Gannon University and Mercyhurst University of the Mid-Atlantic Water Polo Conference (MAWPC)-West Region; Fordham University and Wagner College of the Mid-Atlantic Water Polo Conference (MAWPC)-East Region; Santa Clara University of the Western Water Polo Association (WWPA); Connecticut College, St. Francis College Brooklyn, the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, the host Bears and Crimson of the Northeast Water Polo Conference (NWPC) along with the Gators.

Florida will begin its New England adventure at 12:15 p.m. on Saturday, September 4, versus the Camels of Connecticut College prior to battling the Terriers of St. Francis Brooklyn at 7:45 p.m.

On Sunday, September 5, the Gators will look to take a piece out of No. 18-nationally ranked Brown at 11:00 a.m.
