BRIDGEPORT, Pa. — Eliza Wilkins (Sr., Seattle, Wash./Ingraham) and Iben Orton (Fr., Bend, Ore./Summit) of No. 11-ranked the University of Washington “A” combined for 19 goals, 23 assists, 14 steals and a pair of field blocks during a 3-0 weekend at the Women’s Collegiate Club Championship hosted by Gonzaga University at the Salvation Army Kroc Center in Couer d’Alene, Idaho.  For combining to help the Huskies claim the division championship, the duo claim March 3 Northwest Division tri-Player of the Week honors.

The pair share Player of the Week laurels with University of Oregon “A” athlete Alyssa Waterson (Jr., Davis, Calif./Davis) who posted eight goals, four assists and a pair of steals in helping the Ducks to a division title game versus the Huskies.

Washington “A”, which downed Gonzaga (21-4 W) and the University of Oregon “B” (19-1 W) prior to stopping Oregon “A” (16-9 W) received contributions from Wilkins and Orton on both ends of the tank.

Orton accounted for five goals, 11 assists, six steals and a pair of field blocks.  Facing Oregon “A” in the title game and with a spot in the 2025 Women’s National Collegiate Club Championship tournament on April 11-13 at Colby College in Waterville, Maine, on the line, she stepped in at set defense and helped shut down the Ducks’ offense.

Wilkins compiled 14 goals, 12 assists and eight steals for the Huskies.
