BRIDGEPORT, Pa. — Ryley McClellan (Jr., Wexford, Pa./North Allegheny) of Washington & Jefferson College totaled 14 goals for the Presidents during the final Collegiate Water Polo Association (CWPA) Division III-East Region weekend at Connecticut College to earn status as the April 11 CWPA Division III Player of the Week.
A two-time Player of the Week selection after taking the March 21 award earlier this season, she fired in five goals against both the host Camels (17-9 W) and Grove City College (12-9 L) on Saturday, April 9, as W&J split the opening date of competition. On Sunday, April 10, she deposited pairs of markers versus Penn State Behrend (11-7 W) and Utica University (19-3 W) as the Presidents concluded the CWPA Division III-East schedule with a 7-1 mark to clinch the region title.
