BOSTON, Mass. — Boston University women’s collegiate club water polo head coach Joanna Chan received the 2026 Barbara Pinch Distinguished Service Award. This award is given to the individual who provides significant contributions to the Club Sports program and service to the students of Boston University.
A coach for the past 11 years (since September 2025) and a former student-athlete at BU, a highlight of her coaching career was when she was named the 2023 New England Division Coach of the Year and led the Terriers to their first division title and an 8th Place finish at the National Collegiate Club Championship.
