70 Collegiate Water Polo Association Institutions Earn Spots Among 2018 Wall Street Journal/Times Higher Education College Rankings Top 100

BRIDGEPORT, Pa. — 70 institutions that sponsor at least either a collegiate club or varsity team in the Collegiate Water Polo Association (CWPA) are among the Top 100 schools in the 2018 Wall Street Journal/Times Higher Education College Rankings.

Among the Top 10, nine CWPA institutions earn merit as Harvard University, Columbia University, the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Stanford University, Duke University and Yale University rate at No. 1-to-6, respectively.  The California Institute of Technology stands at No. 7 while CWPA institutions the University of Pennsylvania, Princeton University and Cornell University rate at No. 8-to-10.

Further, 23 of the Top 25 and 42 of the Top 50 schools sponsor a collegiate club and/or varsity program in either the CWPA, Northeast Water Polo Conference (NWPC) or Mid-Atlantic Water Polo Conference (MAWPC).
