BRIDGEPORT, Pa. — Georgia Lewis (Fr., Redwood, Calif./The Castilleja School) made 29 saves during a 3-0 weekend for No. 23-ranked Bucknell University in a trio of Collegiate Water Polo Association (CWPA) Division I league games at Harvard University to garner status as the April 8 CWPA Division I Defensive Player of the Week.

A five-time weekly honor recipient from the league office after previously earning the February 4 and February 18 Defensive Player and February 18 Rookie of the Week awards, Lewis helped the Bison down Brown University (8-4 W), No. 14 Harvard (9-7 W) and George Washington University (11-7 W).

On Saturday, April 6, she made nine saves against Brown prior to stopping seven shots in an upset victory against Harvard.  Lewis wrapped up the weekend with a season-high 13 saves in getting by George Washington on Sunday, April 7, to conclude the weekend.
