BRIDGEPORT, Pa. — In this “Flashback Friday” video from the KAP7 Tip of the Week series, Olympian Wolf Wigo and Johnathon Hewko demonstrate a shooting game to improve a player’s performance. The duo then challenge each other to a duel to determine a champion.
Now in its fourth year of existence since the first video was released on February 4, 2013, the KAP7 Tip of the Week series features instruction on basic skills (egg-beater, passing, goalie technique) and more advanced skills and tricks to help players raise their game to another level. Past presenters include Olympic goalie Genai Kerr, former Stanford University standout Kelly Eaton, Hewko and KAP7 co-founders/Olympians Brad Schumacher and Wigo.
