BRIDGEPORT, Pa. — Former United States Military Academy men’s water polo athlete and Chief Executive Officer/founder of All American Leadership, LLC, Rob Nielsen was a guest on the Behind the Shield podcast to discuss leadership.
A 1982 graduate of the U.S. Military Academy at West Point with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Nielsen has dedicated his career to creating and implementing leadership, cultural alignment, and peak performance strategies for organizations across the country.
A boxing champion at the Academy in addition to his water polo experience, he served as a captain and scout pilot in the U.S. Army before applying his military and leadership experiences to business.
