BRIDGEPORT, Pa. — Adi Garges (Jr., Perkasie, Pa./Pennridge) of Pennsylvania State University “A” totaled 18 goals, five assists, three steals and a field block during a 4-0 weekend for the Nittany Lions at Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, Pa., to claim status as the February 16 Women’s Collegiate Club Mid-Atlantic Division Co-Player of the Week.
She shares the weekly honor with teammate Molly Goodman (So., Harleysville, Pa./Souderton) who racked up 13 goals, eight assists and three steals.
Garges put away four tries in a 16-3 management of the University of Pittsburgh “B”, chipped in a pair of scores in a 15-1 victory over the University of Pennsylvania and struck for seven strikes to help double-up West Chester University by a 12-6 count.
On Sunday, February 15, she flushed five scoring chances in a 10-2 defeat of Pittsburgh “B”.
