2022 St. Francis College Brooklyn Men’s Water Polo Schedule

BRIDGEPORT, Pa. — St. Francis College Brooklyn released the institution’s 2022 men’s water polo schedule.

Terriers’ competition begins on Saturday, September 3-4, as St. Francis Brooklyn takes on the United States Air Force Academy, University of the Pacific, Stanford University and Gannon University at Brown University’s Bruno Classic in Providence, R.I.  A week later the Terriers head to the Princeton Invitational at Princeton University in Princeton, N.J., with contests against Wagner College, George Washington University, Bucknell University, the United States Naval Academy and Fordham University on Friday-Sunday, September 9-11.

Following a trip to the United States Air Force Academy for an invitational in Colorado Springs, Colo., on Friday-Sunday, September 16-18, St. Francis Brooklyn opens up Northeast Water Polo Conference (NWPC) competition with home games versus Brown and Harvard University on Saturday, October 1, prior to hosting the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) on Sunday October 2, Princeton on Saturday, October 8, and Iona College on Wednesday, October 12.

The team hits the road on the weekend of Friday-Sunday, October 14-15, for the Harvard Invitational in Cambridge, Mass., before visiting Iona in New Rochelle, N.Y. (Wednesday, October 26), Princeton (Saturday, October 29), Harvard (Saturday, November 5) and MIT (Saturday, November 5) in Cambridge, Mass., and Brown (Sunday, November 6) to conclude the regular season docket.

St. Francis Brooklyn will seek to claim the NWPC title and the league’s automatic berth to the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Championship on Friday-Sunday, November 18-20, as Brown hosts the league championship at the Katherine Moran Coleman Aquatics Center.
