University of Michigan to Host 2018 Wolverine Invitational on March 2-4

BRIDGEPORT, Pa. — The University of Michigan will host Long Beach State University, Azusa Pacific University, Iona College, California State University-Northridge and Bucknell University at Canham Natatorium on Friday-Sunday, March 2-4, for the 2018 Wolverine Invitational.

Competition begins on Friday, March 2, as Long Beach State and Azusa Pacific clash in a 7:00 p.m. game in Ann Arbor to kickoff the 13-game slate of contests.

Saturday, March 3, places all of the teams into the water as Iona faces Azusa Pacific (8:30 a.m.), Michigan squares off with CSU-Northridge (9:40 a.m.), Long Beach State battles Bucknell (10:50 a.m.) and CSU-Northridge clashes with Azusa Pacific (1:30 p.m.) to commence the day.  Michigan-vs.-Long Beach State (3:00 p.m.), Iona-vs.-Bucknell (4:10 p.m.) and Michigan-vs.-Azusa Pacific (5:30 p.m.) complete the Day Two docket.

The tournament concludes on Sunday, March 3, with five games as Iona-vs.-CSU-Northridge (8:30 a.m.) starts the day prior to the host Wolverines taking on Bucknell (9:40 a.m.) and Iona (11:00 a.m.) in back-to-back affairs.  Bucknell-vs.-CSU-Northridge (12:20 p.m.) and Iona-vs.-Long Beach State (1:30 p.m.) round out the slate.
