BRIDGEPORT, Pa. — Claire Tuttle (Sr., Hudsonville, Mich./Hudsonville) of the University of Michigan “A” scored 10 goals as the Wolverines topped Michigan State University and the Ohio State University to earn status as the April 8 Women’s Collegiate Club Big Ten Division Player of the Week.

Competing on Saturday, April 6, at The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio, she scored five times against both the Spartans (18-4 W) and the Buckeyes (11-4 W) to help the Wolverines remain undefeated in Big Ten Division competition.  Following another pair of victories over Ohio State (21-5 W) and Michigan State (10-9 W) on Sunday, April 7, the Maize & Blue claim honors as the Big Ten Division regular season champion with an 8-0 record.

Courtesy the regular season crown, Michigan earned the No. 1 seed for the upcoming Big Ten Division Championship on Saturday-Sunday, April 20-21, at Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana.
