2019 Men’s Collegiate Club Big Ten Division Schedule
BRIDGEPORT, Pa. — The Collegiate Water Polo Association (CWPA) releases an updated schedule for the 2019 Men’s Collegiate Club Big Ten Division Championship at Purdue University’s Burke Aquatic Center in West Lafayette, Calif., on Saturday-Sunday, November 2-3.
Competition will begin at 10:40 a.m. on Saturday, November 2 and will run on a 70-minute schedule for both days of the championship event. The victor of the Big Ten Division Championship earns a spot in the 2019 Men’s National Collegiate Club Championship set for Friday-Sunday, November 15-17, at the University of Pittsburgh in Pittsburgh, Pa.
Fans should be aware of parking concerns on Saturday, November 2, due to a home football game at Purdue. It is critical that all schools arrive by 1:00pm or they will find it nearly impossible to enter campus due to road closures. Normally between 1-4:00 p.m. all non-emergency vehicles are not allowed near the part of campus that the Aquatic Center is located on. The highlighted map below from Purdue offers parking options for visiting teams, officials, and spectators. The actual parking lot for the CoRec and Aquatic Center will be open to the public but the school is expecting much of it to be used for football parking. The highlighted garage and lot are farther away but equipment and teams can always be dropped off at the entrance before parking farther away.
